1. Introduction

BrawlAI is an unofficial companion app for Brawl Stars players. This Privacy Policy explains what information BrawlAI processes, where that information goes, and how it is used when you use the app.

2. Data We Process

BrawlAI collects and processes data in three main ways: (1) data you enter directly in the app, such as a player tag or AI prompt; (2) data fetched at your request from the official Brawl Stars API after you link a player tag; and (3) technical and subscription events generated automatically when you use the app, such as analytics events, purchase state, restore events, feature usage events, and rewarded ad events.

Data stored primarily on your device

BrawlAI stores a portion of your app data locally on your device using local storage and on-device databases. This may include:

• Your linked Brawl Stars player tag and public profile details fetched from the official game API.
• Recent battle log information and gameplay-derived analysis used for reports and coaching.
• Saved report state, tactical notes, tool history, and certain in-app preferences.
• Cached onboarding progress and feature state needed to keep the app working smoothly.

Data sent off your device

Some features require information to be transmitted off-device to trusted service providers:

• Official Brawl Stars API: If you link a player tag, BrawlAI sends that tag to the official Brawl Stars API to fetch public player and battle-log data.
• Google Gemini AI via our Vercel-hosted backend: If you use AI coaching, AI chat, or AI-generated report features, BrawlAI may send your prompt, your linked gameplay context, report inputs, and gameplay-derived analysis through our backend to Google Gemini so the requested response can be generated.
• Firebase Analytics: BrawlAI may send analytics and product-interaction events such as onboarding progress, tool usage, paywall views, rewarded ad state, and feature completion events.
• RevenueCat: BrawlAI sends subscription-related identifiers and purchase state needed to manage entitlements, restores, and subscription status.
• Google AdMob: If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, BrawlAI uses Google AdMob to load, display, and measure that ad. This may involve transmitting device and ad-related information to Google and its advertising partners as described in Google’s own privacy disclosures.

3. AI Features and Consent

Certain BrawlAI features rely on third-party AI models. Before sending gameplay-related data and prompts to AI services where required, BrawlAI presents an in-app disclosure and asks for the user's permission.

If you choose not to allow this sharing, AI-dependent features may be unavailable, but non-AI portions of the app can still remain usable.

4. Why We Use Data

• To fetch public Brawl Stars player and battle data requested by the user.
• To generate tactical coaching, summaries, and gameplay reports.
• To personalize recommendations and improve feature relevance.
• To measure app stability, usage patterns, and product performance.
• To process purchases, restores, and subscription entitlements.
• To load, serve, and measure rewarded ads that users choose to watch.
• To maintain reliability, security, and fraud prevention.

5. Third-Party Sharing and Equivalent Protection

BrawlAI shares limited data only with the service providers listed in this policy and only for the purposes described here. We do not sell personal data and we do not share data with data brokers.

When we use third-party providers such as Google Gemini, Vercel, Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, and the official Brawl Stars API, we expect those providers to protect the data they receive using privacy and security protections that are the same as or equivalent to the protections described in this policy, consistent with their role in delivering the service and their own legal obligations.

These providers may process data only as needed to provide the requested feature, maintain service reliability, measure product usage, serve and measure rewarded ads, or manage subscription status.

6. Third-Party Services

BrawlAI currently uses the following service providers:

• Official Brawl Stars API: for public player and battle data.
• Google Gemini: for AI-generated tactical responses and report text.
• Vercel: for backend infrastructure that relays certain AI requests.
• Firebase Analytics: for app analytics and feature measurement.
• RevenueCat: for subscription and entitlement management.
• Google AdMob: for rewarded ads.

7. Data Sharing Commitments

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not knowingly implement our own cross-app tracking flow in the app.
• We do not share data with data brokers.
• Rewarded ads are provided through Google AdMob, which may process device and ad-related data to serve and measure ads.
• We do not collect your contacts, photos, or precise location for normal app use.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored gameplay and app data may remain on your device until you remove it. You can generally delete local app data by unlinking your profile, clearing app data where supported, or uninstalling the app.

Subscription, analytics, and advertising providers may retain limited transaction, event, or ad-delivery records under their own retention and compliance requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

BrawlAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information through BrawlAI, contact us and we will review the request.

10. International and Platform Compliance

This policy is intended to support our compliance with applicable platform rules and privacy expectations, including Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.
