BrawlAI is an unofficial companion app for Brawl Stars players. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell. Brawl Stars is a trademark of Supercell Oy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using BrawlAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use BrawlAI.

2. Platform Terms

If you download BrawlAI from the Apple App Store, your use of the app may also be governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You can review that agreement here:

3. App Purpose

BrawlAI is designed to help players review public gameplay data, receive tactical suggestions, and access AI-powered coaching and reports. The app is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

4. AI Features

Some features use third-party AI services to generate coaching, reports, or responses.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not suitable for every situation.
When required, BrawlAI asks for permission before sending gameplay-related data and prompts to AI services.
You are responsible for how you use any advice or suggestions generated by the app.

5. Player Data and User Responsibility

You should only submit player tags and gameplay information you are authorized to use.
You are responsible for the security of your device and any local data stored on it.
Deleting the app or clearing local storage may remove saved in-app data permanently.

6. Subscriptions

BrawlAI may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions for premium access.

Subscription names, durations, and prices are shown in-app before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account Settings or Google Play subscription settings, depending on your platform.
Subscription access, entitlements, and purchase restores may be managed through RevenueCat and the platform app store billing systems.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, abuse paid systems, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use BrawlAI for harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BrawlAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or perfectly accurate gameplay analysis, AI output, or external API data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrawlAI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
